As soon as your order has been processed, it is dispatched with one of our trusted delivery partners.

The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

We provide free shipping on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number
  • you can follow your order on our Parcel Tracking page

Please bear in mind that tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom.

  • No customs duties apply to domestic deliveries.
  • Any applicable VAT is already included in the product price.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address or because the recipient is unavailable, the courier may:

  • attempt to redeliver
  • leave a collection notice
  • hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point

Should the parcel be returned to us, our support team will be in touch to arrange a reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged:

  • please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as you can
  • we will look into the matter with the shipping provider
  • if the parcel cannot be traced, we will offer either:
    • a full refund, or
    • a replacement shipment (subject to availability)
