At Eletale, we want you to be happy with every order. Should something not meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Item Condition

For a return to be accepted, the item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition in which it arrived
  • Sent back complete with its original packaging, tags and accessories

Who Pays for Returns

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping is entirely free of charge
  • We cover every cost connected to the return

Change of Mind

If you would like to send something back because you have:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Run into a size or fit issue

the cost of return shipping is covered by you.

Please note: the original shipping charge cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fees

We never apply restocking fees of any kind.

How to Send Something Back

1. Get in Touch

Email us at info@eletale.com, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Pack It Up

Repack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

3. Ship It Back

Use the return instructions our support team sends you and post your parcel with the carrier we specify.

How Refunds Work

Inspection

As soon as your return reaches us, we check the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection.

Depending on your payment provider, please allow a further 5–7 business days for the amount to show on your original payment method.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or product? Simply contact us at info@eletale.com and our team will arrange a smooth exchange for you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, a small number of items are not eligible for return. Where this is the case, it will be stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
