Eletale currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for delivery addresses outside the UK at this time.
Every order within the United Kingdom is delivered free of charge. There is no minimum spend, and no extra shipping fees are added at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 pm (GMT) start processing on the next business day.
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 5–7 business days, which gives a total estimated timeframe of roughly 6–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
All timeframes are estimates and can vary with order volume, carrier operations or other external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
If your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch with our support team so we can look into the shipment with you.
Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly when you order. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
All transactions are processed in British Pound Sterling (GBP).
Payments are protected with secure SSL encryption through trusted payment providers. We neither store nor have access to your full payment details.
If a payment cannot be processed successfully, the order will not be completed and no charge will be taken.
You can submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
